Step 1 Semarang Port to Borobudur
- 07.00 to 08.00 (depending on the ship’s schedule) Your ship docks at Semarang Port; it may later depend on your ship’s scheduled time.
- Our team will pick you up in front of the exit gate with your name in hand and then depart directly from Semarang to Borobudur temple at Magelang Central Java, which takes approximately 2 hours.
Step 2 Borobudur Tour
- 11.00: Arrive at Borobudur, get the entrance ticket, then walk through the beautiful gardens, walking up the stairs to reach the courtyard around Borobudur Temple. We can see the statues with different hand positions from four different angles.
- Starting from the lowest level, in the open basement a piece of relief from the Mahakaramawibangga story (stories that contain the teachings of cause-and-effect stories) and take pictures of the whole temple background.
- 12.00. Climbing the steps up to the second level, where we can watch the story of Buddha life, who incarnated as Price Sidhartha Gautama, the prophet of Buddhism.
- And then to the third level, well known as the perfection level, where we can watch 72 stupas that are arranged in circular mode and the biggest mother stupa in the center, symbolized of perfection life, from where we could enjoy a moment to watch panorama view the surrounding Borobudur Temple.
Step 3 Borobudur Temple Return to Semarang Port
- 13.00, then going down back to joint transport, and then leaving the temple to go to a go to a local restaurant.
- 14.00: going back to Semarang, passing through the same route, making a photo stop to take pictures if the time permits.
- 16.00 – Arrive back at Semarang Port End of service
